Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and the 3rd year Bachelor students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
The mobility opportunity to study during the fall semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at
the Kyoto University (Japan).
Application deadline: 1 May 2025
Eligible majors: Humanities and Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Languages, Informatics, Health and Sports.
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the academic mobility programme?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- How will study at the Kyoto University help you achieve your life goals?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level).
- Individual plan indicating the approximate dates of session upon returning to Home university (link for downloading Individual plan template). Individual plan has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.
- Photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
Please, note that from April 1, 2024, you can get the Transcript of Records in English by contacting the department of your faculty/institute.
Please send the documents in electronic form to international@knu.ua , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: Kyoto-2025_ Ivanenko.
