Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at NOVIA University of Applied Sciences, Turku Campus, Republic of Finland.

Courses

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter(up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will the attendance of NOVIA University of Applied Sciences help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Learning Agreement (Table A and B), draft (signing is not necessary) (link for downloading Learning Agreement template).

Minimal amount of ECTS – 15.

  1. Certificateof proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
  2. For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.

For Master students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.

  1. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
  2. Scan copy of the first page of the foreign passport.
  3. Fill in the Application form

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: NOVIA_2025_Ivanenko.

*Candidates will be selected on a competitive basis. Applicants will be notified about the date of the interview to determine the nominees for the Erasmus+ scholarship by e-mail on 4 April 2025.

**Approximate scholarship amount is 1,000 euros per month.
