Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at Universidad de Cantabria, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students from the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to attend Universidad de Cantabria, the Kingdom of Spain during the autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

Courses

Deadline for applications: 16 April 2025

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the exchange programme and study at Universidad de Cantabria?
  • How will the studying at the Universidad de Cantabria help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3.Certificate of language proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level) or in Spanish (B1/B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).

4.Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the head of the department or the academic coordinator. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template)

Minimal amount of ECTS – 15.

5.Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.

6.Photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.

7.Certificate of enrollment. Translate and send it to international@knu.uain order to certify its eligibility.

8.Copy of the 1st page of international passport.

9.Please complete the following Application form

IMPORTANT

Please send the documents in electronic form to erasmus.international@knu.ua, in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: UC-autumn-2025-Ivanenko.
