Call for Applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, The Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, the Kingdom of Spain.
Study period: 1.09.2025 – 31.01.2026
Application deadline: 31 March 2025
Bachelor students
Please take into account that you need a B1 level of Spanish for all the Degrees because classes are taught in Spanish.
There is an exception for the following Degrees, that can accept students with B2 level of English (only these 3 Degrees):
- Degree in English Philology and Literature.
- Degree in Chemistry (only some subjects).
- Degree in Chemical Engineering (only some subjects).

Master students
Please take into account that you need a B1 level of Spanish for all the Masters because classes are mostly taught in Spanish.
There are 3 Masters that can accept students with B2 level of English (only these 3 Masters):
- Master in Chemistry at the Interface with Biology and Materials Science.
- Master in Advanced English Studies and its Applications.
There is one Master in which classes are taught in Spanish or Galician, but they have support in English for students who aren’t fluent in Spanish: they can do the presentations and projects in English, and the tutorships are in English:

PhD students

- CV in EUROPASS format
- Motivational letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will study at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Learning Agreement (Table A and B), signed by the academic coordinator or department head (link for downloading Learning Agreement template).
- Individual schedule indicating the approximate dates of session upon returning to Home university (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Institute mobility coordinator.
Minimal amount of ECTS – 15.
- Certificate of proficiencyin English (not lower than B2 level) or Croatian (not lower than B2). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well Link for downloading the Certificate template.
- Transcript of Records
For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
For Master/PhD students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.
7. For PhD students: Research Plan, signed by the mobility coordinator at the Faculty/Institute or by the Head of the Department and research supervisor. Pre-acceptance letter from the partner university.
8. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
9. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
10. Complete the following Application form
