Call for Applications: Erasmus+ mobility for study at the University of Kassel, Federal Republic of Germany

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students of the Faculty of Economics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at the University of Kassel, Federal Republic of Germany.

 Eligible majors: Economics, Business and Administration.

Courses

List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV in EUROPASS format;
2. Motivation letter(up to 1 page) which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
• How will study at the University of Kassel help you achieve your life goals?
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

4. Learning Agreement (Table A and B), signed by the academic coordinator or department head (link for downloading Learning Agreement template).
5. Individual scheduleindicating the approximate dates of session upon returning to Home university (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Institute mobility coordinator.

Minimal amount of ECTS – 15.

5. Certificateof proficiency in English/German (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
6. For Master students: scan of the Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.

7. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
8. Copy of the 1^st page of international passport.

Please send the documents in electronic form to erasmus.international@knu.ua, in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: Kassel-2025-Ivanenko.
