Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for study Universidad de Burgos, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year at Universidad de Burgos, the Kingdom of Spain.

Eligible majors: Engineering and Engineering trades, Business Administration

Please note that most courses are taught in Spanish.

Application deadline: 27 February 2025

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (1 – 2 pages), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will the studying at Universidad de Burgos help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Certificate of Language Proficiency.

           Courses in Spanish – min. B1 level

           Courses in English – min. B2 level

Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).

  1. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the head of the department or the academic coordinator. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template)
  2. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.

Minimal amount of ECTS – 15.

  1. For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.

            For Master and PhD students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.

  1. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
  2. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).
  3. Please complete the following Application form

Please send the documents in electronic form to erasmus.international@knu.ua, in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: UBU-2025-Ivanenko.
