Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for Training and Teaching, at the University of Granada, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for teaching and non-teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

We invite you to participate in the competition for the mobility program for teaching or training during the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year at the University of Granada (UGR), Granada, Kingdom of Spain, under the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility programme
A scholarship will be provided to participants.

STAFF FOR TEACHING TO GRANADA:

This activity allows the partner university’s teaching staff to teach (a minimum of 8 hours) at the UGR and it may be in any subject area/academic discipline (staff should provide a pre-acceptance letter from a Department at UGR).

NOTE: Please bear in mind that the duration of staff mobility flows should be 5 working days, plus 2 additional days for travel.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV;
  2. Mobility Agreement for Teaching
    Before signing the document at KNU, you must contact a representative of the department at the University of Granada by sending an email and attaching your CV. Upon receiving a positive response, please provide your Mobility Agreement form to the coordinator for signature.

  3. Pre-admission letter template
  4. Certificate of proficiency in Spanish/English (not lower than B2 level).
  5. A copy of the photo page of the passport
  6. Application form

PARTICIPATION IN MOBILITY FOR TRAINING

Applicants for the scholarship must submit the following documents in English:

  1. CV in the EUROPASS format.
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) answering the following questions:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ program?
  • How will participation in the staff training week contribute to implementing the internationalization strategy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv?
  • What knowledge and skills do you expect to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative of KNU for this training?
  • How do you plan to share your experience with colleagues?

4.  Certificate of language proficiency in English/Spanish (minimum level B2).

5.  Copy of the first page of your international passport.

6.  To submit your application, please complete the following form

The application package must be compiled into a single PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the order listed above. The file name must include the university name and the applicant’s last name:

  • GRANADA TEACHING-2025_LAST NAME
  • GRANADA TRAINING-2025_LAST NAME (depending on the chosen mobility program).
