Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for study, The University of Valladolid, Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students and the 1st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to attend the University of Vallodolid, Kingdom of Spain during the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year.

Deadline for applications: September 25th, 2024 (23:59 Spanish Time).

Please note that the selection is carried out by both partner universities.

In this regard, to participate in the programme, you need to fill out a Google form from KNU, as well as upload all the necessary documents in accordance with the requirements of the University of Valladolid – https://uvamobplus2.uva.es/publico/apply

The required documents must also be submitted in English or Spanish:

  1. Passport
  2. Curriculum Vitae. EUROPASS template is recommended
  3. Letter of Recommendation
  4. Official academic document (Transcript of Records) (for students of bachelor’s degrees and master’s degrees. In the case of bachelor’s degree students, the certificate must evidence that applicants have completed their first year of university studies.
  5. Certificate of enrolment (students) in a Programme at their home institution.
  6. Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level) and/or Spanish (not lower than B1 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. The template can be downloaded from here:
  7. Learning Agreement (Table A and B) signed by the academic coordinator of the Faculty/Institute or the head of the Department. The link to the document.
  8. Motivational letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will study at the University of Valladolid help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Declaration of compliance with tax and national insurance obligations in the matter of grants. This declaration must be signed by the applicant. (A template of this document is available on step 6 of the online application in UVAMOBPLUS2)
  2. Once all of the information has been provided and the documents uploaded, a receipt will be generated which must be signed and also upload onto the UVAMOBPLUS platform in order to conclude the application. The whole process should be carried out online through the webpage https://uvamobplus2.uva.es/.

*In the case of applicants with special needs, applicants must upload the documents required to accredit said situation in their home country.

*In the case of applicants applying for Additional Support for Students with fewer opportunities, applicants must upload the necessary documents to certify this situation in their country of origin.

Additional support for students with fewer opportunities: for participants with socio-economic barriers and health problems, who belong to one of the following groups:

  • Beneficiaries of the National General Scheme Grant of the Ministry of Universities (or similar in each country) in the academic year prior to the Erasmus+ mobility.
  • Large families.
  • Victims of terrorism or gender violence or orphans due to these causes.
  • Recipients of a minimum living income/minimum insertion income benefit or any other benefit of the same or similar nature for the family unit, according to the denomination adopted in each country.
  • Students at risk of social exclusion.
  • Students in situations of special need and social emergency considered by the relevant competent administration.
  • Students in a situation of dependency or participants with dependents.
  • Students with a disability equal to or greater than 33%.
  • Students coming from Ukrainian institutions.

ECTS requirement: all selected applicants MUST carry out at the University of Valladolid among 20 and 30 ECTS. Students with less academic credits to transfer at home won’t be selected. (1 ECTS = 25 academic hours).
