Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for teaching, Santiago de Compostela, Kingdom of Spain

To the attention of teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility programme, you have the opportunity to apply for a teaching scholarship during the spring semester 2024/2025 academic year at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

The deadline for submitting the application documents: 08 September 2024.

Eligible majors: all subject areas are eligible.

The structure and all departments of the university

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS
  2. Proof of employment (updated) at the TSNUK (Ukrainian and English version).
  3. Filled Mobility Agreement (draft)
  4. Motivational letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will work at University of Santiago de Compostela help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
    1. Letter of Pre-acceptance. In order to receive a Letter of Pre-acceptance, please establish contact with the relevant person or department at University of Santiago de Compostela well in advance and ask for the consent of the supervisor. The process may take several days at least. If you are not sure who to contact, on the basis of your CV and Work Plan Proposal university representatives will try to assist and connect you with the department of your academic interest.
    2. Detailed intended work plan.
    3. Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level) and/or Spanish (not lower than B1 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well.

Please send the documents in electronic form to erasmus.international@knu.ua, in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: Santiago de Compostela-2024-Ivanenko.

*Candidates will be selected on a competitive basis.
