Call for Applications: Exchange Programme (Lund University, Sweden)

Mobility opportunity for the 2^nd and 3^rd years Bachelor students and the 1^st year Master students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Lund University invites students to participate in the exchange programme during the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year.

Lund University offers to participants of the programme:

• studying without paying tuition fees;
• financial support (monthly scholarship);
• accommodation in the campus (under the condition of places available)

Eligible majors: all (except from Management amd Economy ).

When applying, please consider the requirements of the faculties to the applicants.

Please check the language of instruction on the Lund University’s website.

Proficiency in English – not lower than B2, Swedish – not lower than C1, B2 – depending on the discipline.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

1. CV;
2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:

• Why do you want to participate in the exchange programme and study at the Lund University?
• How will the studying at the Lund University help you achieve your life goals?
• What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
• Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the head of the department or the academic coordinator.
   4. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.
   5. Certificate of proficiency in English and/or Swedish (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).
   6. For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.

            For Master students: scan of Bachelor’s diploma with supplement.

7. Details on previous participation in exchange programmes (duration, study cycle, project type, host institution).
8. Copy of the 1^stpage of international passport.
9. Application form.
