Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the autumn semester of the 2024/2025 academic year at Matej Bel University, Slovakia.

Eligible majors:  Philology; Secondary Education.

List of documents to be submitted in English (Individual schedule in Ukrainian):

  1. CV;
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will study at Matej Bel University help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
  1. Individual schedule indicating the approximate dates of session upon returning to Home university (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Institute mobility coordinator. (The minimum required number of credits is 15)
  2. Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B1 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well.

  1. Photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
  2. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).

Please send the documents in electronic form to , in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: UMB -2024-Ivanenko.
