Mobility opportunity for the 2nd year Bachelor students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv
The mobility opportunity to study during the 2024/2025 academic year (one-year programme) at the Kyoto University (Japan).
Application deadline: 28 April 2024
Eligible majors: Philology, History, Pedagogy, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Geology, Computer Science.
List of documents to be submitted in English:
1. CV;
2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the academic mobility programme?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- How will study at the Kyoto University help you achieve your life goals?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
3. Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level).
4. Individual schedule indicating the approximate dates of session upon returning to Home university (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.
5. Photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English.
Please, note that from April 1, 2024, you can get the Transcript of Records in English by contacting the department of your faculty/institute.

Please, send the documents in electronic form to programme coordinator Nadiia Serohina in one PDF file (documents in other formats will not be considered) in the same order as above, the name of the file must contain the name of the University and the surname of the applicant: Kyoto_2024_Ivanenko.
