The programme is open for participation by both Bachelor and Master students.
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV in EUROPASS format;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the exchange programme and study at Uppsala University?
- How will the studying at Uppsala University help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the head of the department or the academic coordinator.

- Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.
- Certificate of proficiency in English and/or Sweden (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
- For Bachelor students: Transcript of records translated in English and certified. For acquiring a transcript of records, please contact an academic registrar at the faculty/institute. Contact for certification of translation.
For Master students: scan of Bachelor diploma with supplement.
- Details on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, study cycle, project type, host institution).
