Lund University invites students to participate in the exchange programme during the autumn semester of the 2024/2025 academic year.
Lund University offers to participants of the programme:
- studying without paying tuition fees;
- financial support (monthly scholarship);
- accommodation in the campus (under the condition of places available)
Application deadline: 15 March 2024
Eligible majors: all (except from Management, Economy and Law).
When applying, please consider the requirements of the Faculties to the applicants.
Please check the language of disciplines on the Lund University’s website.
Level of proficiency in English – not lower than B2, Swedish – not lower than C1, B2 – depending on the discipline.
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV in EUROPASS format;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the exchange programme and study at the Lund University?
- How will the studying at the Lund University help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
- Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the head of the department or the academic coordinator.
- Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be signed by the head of the department or the Faculty/Institute mobility coordinator.
- Certificate of proficiency in English and/or German (not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well.

- For Bachelor students: Transcript of records translated in English and certified. For acquiring a transcript of records, please contact an academic registrar at the faculty/institute. Contact for certification of translation.
For Master students: scan of Bachelor diploma with supplement.
- Details on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, study cycle, project type, host institution).
- Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
