We are looking for facilitators for the NICE programme in 2024. This opportunity is open to faculty and staff in any capacity, as well as postgraduate students. If you are interested in seeing how virtual exchange works first-hand, are looking to develop skills and experience in group facilitation, or would just like to work with students on an exciting and innovative programme, then this is an excellent opportunity for you!
As a facilitator you will:
- Facilitate either one or two groups of 5 students from across the NICE partner universities (7 facilitated sessions throughout the programme)
- Be trained on the NICE facilitation pack; how to use it and how to grow your own facilitation skills
- Participate in training sessions to help you build your skills and facilitate your groups
- Receive regular support from the NICE consortium and the staff who have created the training pack on facilitation
- Most importantly – help new students experience NICE!
Training for facilitators will take place starting in February and run throughout the NICE virtual programme (March to June). For the training dates and more information see the NICE website.
Applications are now open and will close on 4 February 2024. Anyone interested should contact to find out more about how to apply.
