Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility to study, TransFrontEU Universidad de Málaga, the Kingdom of Spain

Mobility opportunity for the 2nd and 3rd years Bachelor students, 1st year Master students and PhD students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Erasmus+ credit mobility scholarship to study during the spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at Universidad de Málaga, the Kingdom of Spain.

Faculties

Courses  

Please take into account that you need a B1 level of Spanish for all the Degrees because most of the classes are taught in Spanish. Some classes are taught in English.

Please check the language of the courses on the University website.

You can choose subjects from any Faculty, but at least 50% of the chosen subjects must be taught in the main faculty assigned, in any of the Degrees offered within the Faculty.

If you are an undergraduate student, you can only choose undergraduate courses. If you are a Master’s student you can choose subjects from both Master’s (only from your main Faculty) and Bachelor’s degrees, always respecting the 50% of the main faculty rule.

You do not have to look for the exact correspondence between the Degrees, but select the subjects you need to validate them in your home university after your mobility period.

You can get advice from your tutor at the Faculty of your home University, who knows the subjects at the University of Malaga and will help you to fill in your Learning Agreement.

List of documents to be submitted in English:

  1. CV in EUROPASS format
  2. Motivation letter (up to 1 page), which should explain:
  • Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
  • How will the studying at Universidad de Málaga help you achieve your life goals?
  • What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
  • Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?

3. Certificate of proficiency in English (not lower than B1 level) and/or Spanish (not lower than B1 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well (link for downloading Certificate template).

4. Learning Agreement (Tables A and B) signed by the student and a responsible person from the faculty / institute (dean of the faculty / director of the institute or academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute or head of the department. (link for downloading Learning Agreement template).

Please note that the minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 18 ECTS.

5. Individual schedule (link for downloading Individual schedule template). Individual schedule has to be approved and signed by the dean of the faculty/director of the institute or the academic mobility coordinator of the faculty/institute or the head of the department.

6. For Bachelor students: photo or scan of the Transcript of Records in English. For Master students: scan of the Bachelor’s diploma with supplement. For PhD students: scan of the Master’s diploma with supplement.

8. Evidence of active enrolment at the home university

9. Proof of merits

10. Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+programme (duration, level of study, project type, host institution).

11. Copy of the 1st page of international passport.
