The purpose of the project:
The project is aimed at mitigating the consequences of talent loss and brain drain in Ukraine by strengthening inter-institutional cooperation with EU higher education institutions and the freedom of Ukrainian scientists to research, study, teach and disseminate research results. In addition, the project supports the restructuring of the Ukrainian higher education sector in the EHEA according to its value.
