10th International Staff Week “From Experience to Excellence: Signature Sessions from 10 Years of METU Staff Week in the Era of Digital Transformation (70th Anniversary Edition) -Blended Intensive Program (BIP)” at Middle Eastern Technical University (Ankara, Republic of Türkiye)
Mobility opportunity for non-teaching staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
We invite you to participate in the 10th International Staff Week “From Experience to Excellence: Signature Sessions from 10 Years of METU Staff Week in the Era of Digital Transformation (70th Anniversary Edition) -Blended Intensive Program (BIP)” at Middle Eastern Technical University (Ankara, Republic of Türkiye).
The deadline for sending the documents for participation in the call for applicatons has been extended until April 1, 2026. (included)
The staff are invited from the following areas:
- international cooperation
- student/staff mobility
- international offices or recruitment
- summer schools or strategic planning
- international career services
- Erasmus+ projects (KA1, KA2, KA3)
or in support services for international students, such as:
- accommodation
- IT services
- social engagement/student life offices
Please note that the participants will be expected to contribute to the program actively. Hence, it is crucial for the nominated staff to have a minimum English proficiency level of B2 as indicated in the IIA in order to make presentations and actively participate in workshop debates.

- Physical 8-12 June 2026
- Virtual 8 June 2026

- CV in EUROPASS format
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will the training at Middle Eastern Technical University help you achieve your life goals?
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
The motivation letter must include the approval signature of the mobility coordinator of your faculty or institute.
- Certificate of language proficiency English(not lower than B2 level). Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
- A copy of the photo page of the passport
