Brief description of the project:

The purpose of the project:

The overall goal of the PeaceEdu project is to promote sustainable peace practices in Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova by strengthening the capacity of higher education institutions in these countries to invest in the development of interdisciplinary peace education and peace studies. This will be achieved not only by supporting the development of an appropriate curriculum and conducting pilot courses, but also by creating an interregional training network, as well as by strengthening the dialogue with the best practices of other European countries. By increasing the potential of the beneficiary higher educational institutions, the project is aimed at solving the problems of peace and security in the countries of the Eastern Partnership (UA, GE, MD).
