Call for applications: Erasmus+ mobility for training at Université Paris-Saclay, the French Republic

Mobility opportunity for administrative staff of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv!
We invite you to take part in Staff Week that will focus on the management of mobility projects as well as on citizenship-related issues, that will take place at Université Paris-Saclay, the French Republic, from October 12-16, 2026 under the framework of the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility programme.
The programme will include:
- workshops and sessions for sharing best practices related to international relations;
- presentations on topics such as democracy and citizenship;
- job shadowing sessions within the various departments of Paris-Saclay University;
- a simulation of the European Parliament;
- networking opportunities as well as a visit of the university.
Participants will also be given the possibility to share a presentation on one of the following topics:
- best practices implemented at your institution regarding mobility management;
- your institution’s regional and intracontinental mobility strategies;
- the issue of citizenship and studying abroad;
- student participation in democratic and political life.
Application deadline: 5 June 2026
List of documents to be submitted in English:
- CV in EUROPASS format;
- Motivation letter (up to 1 page) which should explain:
- Why do you want to participate in the Erasmus+ programme?
- How will teaching/training at Université Paris-Saclay help you achieve your life goals
- What knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire?
- Why would you be a worthy representative from KNU to participate in the exchange?
The Motivation Letter must include the approval signature of the mobility coordinator of your faculty or institute in the lower right corner of the first page of the document.
- Language Certificate – English Language level at least a B2 level. Diploma or Certificate of language proficiency from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is acceptable as well. Link for downloading Certificate template.
- Detailed information on previous participation in the Erasmus+ programme (duration, project type, host institution).
- A copy of the 1stpage of the passport
- Application form
