Brief description of the project:

The purpose of the project:

Increasing the resilience, readiness and responsiveness of Ukrainian higher education institutions through capacity building, increasing competences and sharing experiences.

The TURBO project will contribute to:

  1. Improving and building the capacity of Ukrainian higher education institutions to provide more flexible educational offers, relevant for the labor market and practice-oriented, in the field of business and management for faster integration into the EU educational space.
  2. Facilitating resettlement of IDPs in new local communities through retraining and social adaptation.
  3. Exchange of experience regarding retraining and social adaptation of IDPs in Ukraine and abroad.
  4. Improving the legal framework of the Ukrainian system of higher education through the recognition of microprogrammes as part of the practice of lifelong learning in universities.
  5. Cooperation between many actors to ensure social inclusion, increase student employment and quality of higher education during the social crisis.
