Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is pleased to offer participation in the NICE virtual exchange programme in 2026. The programme offers entrepreneurship and intercultural competence skills development to boost your employability.
Mоre on KNU’s participation in the NICE programme in 2023-2025
On the NICE programme, you’ll start off by working as a part of a virtual team of students from the University of Edinburgh (Great Britain), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine), the University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands), the University of Padua (Italy), the University of Johannesburg (South Africa), as well as the University College Dublin (Ireland), to solve the global challenge.
The uniqueness of NICE lies in the combination of innovative teaching methods and theoretical knowledge focused on the project work of teams. Student teams are assisted by peer-mentors – the NICE programme alumni selected on the basis of a competition.
The NICE programme consists of two parts: online modules and a summer school, which this year is to be held in Dublin, Ireland. All selected participants take part in the virtual part. Students participating in the summer school are selected by competition committees separately from among the participants of the virtual part.
You’ll work through a self-directed course made up of videos, case studies, and fun interactive exercises, all on the topics of entrepreneurship and intercultural competence. You’ll meet with your team regularly via video chat to discuss progress, and a peer-mentor will be on hand to help you stay on track.
To apply, please fill in the application form by Sunday, 01 February 2026, 02:00 pm (EET).
