Priority is given to projects that propose:

  • creative ways for enhancing efficiency and resiliency of international partnerships;
  • efficient concepts of training researchers at the international level;
  • efficient and significant contributions to build a modern, state-of-the-art research/education/innovation ecosystem in Ukraine.

Proposals must involve researchers from the USA, Ukraine and at least one other partner country (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland). The principal applicant and researcher must be an American university. A group of researchers from Ukraine (at least 2) can receive up to $50,000.
