Laboratory Practice at Ruhr University Bochum

As part of the bilateral project DigiLabStar (Digital Laboratories for Students at risk) between Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Ruhr University of Bochum (Germany), we invite 1st-year Master’s students (chemistry, physics, biology and medicine) for a short-term internship to acquire new practical skills in German laboratories under the academic mobility program. Classes will be held for 6-8 weeks (between October and December 2022).

Students will work in the scientific laboratories of the Ruhr University Bochum to learn new methods used in modern research. They will be involved in work in specific scientific directions. Lectures devoted to the theoretical principles and application of these methods will be given as well.

Students receive scholarships to cover travel and living expenses.

Education is conducted in English.

The deadline for submitting applications is September 1, 2022.
